RobiWifi - Fixed Wireless Access Solution

RobiWifi Platform is one of the systems that will provide the service capabilities of FWA (Fixed wireless access) service over 4G to customers of some specific zones over Bangladesh. It introduces a new revenue stream in Robi Axiata portfolio, which covers: a user friendly website for customer acquisition, account management & self-care, and enhanced Order Management Module for seamless delivery, device installation & after sales support. The solution is a scalable microservice based architecture with Kubernetes-based Orchestration. It also enables flexible configuration of devices and plans from CMS, especially for yearly campaigns and discounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Led technical project management & implementation of the RobiWifi solution by defining solution approaches for cross-platform integration with convergent billing, order orchestration & fulfillment systems to deliver a unified interface for offering Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) services in Bangladesh.
• Designed a scalable, microservices-based unified digital backend engine to support RobiWifi products and services across multiple Robi digital channels (such as chatbots and sales systems), ensuring a seamless customer experience on across digital platforms while enabling new revenue streams.
