RobiWifi - Fixed Wireless Access Solution

RobiWifi Platform delivers FWA (Fixed Wireless Access) services over 4G to customers across Bangladesh. This platform adds a new revenue stream to the Robi Axiata portfolio, featuring a user-friendly website for customer acquisition, account management, and self-care, along with an enhanced Order Management Module for efficient delivery, device installation, and after-sales support. The solution uses a scalable microservice architecture with Kubernetes orchestration and allows flexible configuration of devices and plans through the CMS, particularly for annual campaigns and discounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Led sprint planning, technical project management, and solution architecture design for the RobiWifi digital platform, enabling FWA service delivery across Bangladesh through a unified multi-channel ecosystem.
• Defined solution approaches for cross-platform integrations with the convergent billing system (CBS), order orchestration, and fulfillment systems, supporting end-to-end journeys from customer acquisition to device installation and after-sales support.
• Delivered a flexible CMS for rapid creation and management of FWA devices, plans, campaigns, and promotional offers, enabling faster go-to-market for new products.
• Architected a scalable, microservices-based unified backend engine integrating web, mobile, and sales channels, ensuring consistent business logic across all FWA digital touchpoints.
