Binge OTT Platform In-House Transformation Project
Binge is an online video streaming OTT (Over-the-top) platform that offers endless entertainment in the form of Live TV, web series, films, dramas, movies, Binge Exclusive Originals and much more. Binge provides a truly seamless entertainment experience to customers where they can watch as much as they want, whenever they want, without a single commercial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Led sprint planning and technical project implementation for Robi in-house Binge OTT Platform (binge.buzz) revamp, transitioning from an outsourced delivery model to an internal digital ecosystem.
- Defined solution approaches for a modernized, scalable platform architecture, integrating with Robi's digital billing and content delivery systems to enable higher reliability, faster content rollout, and seamless multi-device experiences.
- Delivered annual operational cost savings of BDT 112.32 million (~USD 955,000) through platform consolidation, and infrastructure optimization.
